A great article in BusinessWeek addressing the importance of Roy Disney because of his ability to bring brother Walt's visions to life. A nice reminder of "great ideas" need "brilliant execution" in order to successfully develop from "opportunity" to "successful reality".

Other than Walt and Roy, what other organizations have this type of "ying and yang"?
